World Heart Rhythm Week 2018 - 10th June
Arrhythmia Alliance World Heart Rhythm Week runs from 4 – 10 June 2018. Arrhythmias (irregular heart rhythm disorders) affect over two million people in the UK but by being heart rhythm aware, arrhythmias can be identified early.
Throughout the week, we will be supporting the Arrhythmia Alliance campaign by offering free pulse checks to help pick up undetected heart rhythm disorders.
Pulse checks will be taking place in three locations within UCLPartners geography:
Moorfields Eye hospital
Monday 4 June, 10am-3pm
Wednesday 6 June, 10am-3pm
Barts Heart hospital
King George V wing – 4 – 8 June, 10am-4pm
St. Martins Le Grand building – Tuesday 5 June, 12 noon – 3pm
Paternoster square, Thursday 7 June, 10am-4pm
Karamsar Gurdwara, Temple, Ilford
Tuesday 5 June, 10am-3pm
There is no need to register to attend these screening events. Screening is open to all.
