Many in the Black community more likely to get the Covid-19 vaccine if they had more information

Black ethnic groups are most likely to be hesitant about taking a Covid-19 vaccine, according to a December 2020 national report from the UK’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE). Almost 82% of the general population was willing to take the vaccine, however, nearly 72% of people from Black ethnic groups said they were unlikely to take the vaccine.
