Independent champion for people using health and social care services looks to appoint a new Director to lead its work beyond the pandemic.


This week (25 May to 29 May), Camden Council, local voluntary sector organisations and our local NHS are organising a few COVID-19 vaccination pop-ups in Kilburn (Kiln Theatre) and West Hampstead (our COVID-19 vaccination bus will be at Sidings Community Centre). Full details on the dates, times, locations and how to book are below. If you're eligible for the vaccine but you're not free at these times, you'll also find information below on how to book at another Camden vaccination site.

The Asperger London Area Group and Autism Hub Islington are partnering with Healthwatch Camden to offer a free webinar on the vaccination programme and vaccine passports.

You can get regular rapid tests if you do not have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). Rapid, lateral flow COVID-19 tests are now available to everyone in Camden. All tests are free.

This call for evidence is seeking to collect views on women’s health. It will run for a period of 12 weeks and is open to everyone aged 16 or over. The consultation closes at 11.45 pm on 30 May 2021.


We held an online Q&A event for members of the public and local partners in Camden to engage with local GPs, representatives from Camden & Islington Public Health and North Central London CCG on the COVID-19 Vaccination in Camden on 16 February 2021.


The free online event provided a platform for residents of Camden to put questions about the COVID-19 vaccine directly to local expert panellists


Healthwatch Camden to hold the online public board meeting on 23rd February 2021 from 1800 to 2000 hrs. Residents of Camden are welcome to attend and ask questions. 


This event has been organised for members of the public and local partners to engage with Camden’s GPs, representatives from Camden & Islington Public Health and North Central London CCG on the COVID-19 Vaccination in Camden.


We worked in partnership with senior leaders in the NHS, including the North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (NCL CCG), to set up an online ‘Ask your local GP’ Q&A event on 4th November 2020. The event was hugely popular as around 100 people attended it. 


Reserach suggests that during Covid-19 young people have been feeling more anxious, depressed, and uncertain about their future than older generations. 


A message from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).  The NHS COVID-19 Vaccine research registry will help people across the UK sign up for information on the new COVID-19 vaccine studies. COVID-19 vaccines can only be researched if people like you take part.
